Bill gave an extremely interesting talk on the current economic climate and the need for skills within the EU. This is part of the enlargement of New College Stamford which will also see the first eco-designed college to be built in the UK. The day commenced with a guided tour of Stamford's magnificent stone buildings by Blue Badge guide Jill Collinge.
